Victim Programs in Juab County

Victim Advocates

The Juab County Attorney's Office Victim Advocates are trained to respond to crime scenes where they provide comfort and guide victims in finding needed resources. They are trained to provide support for rape and sexual assault victims at the crime scene, the hospital, and throughout the criminal justice prosecution process. They explain the judicial system and processes to victims and sit with victims in the courtroom during hearings. They assist victims in filling out paperwork for stalking injunctions, protective orders, and crime victim reparation.
